Time for ASX/ASIC to step in and ask some serious questions of GMC management and Triple C (who I thought were advisors to GMC's transaction with Pak - in my discussion with them, this is what they told me).

Isn't it therefore a conflict for them to also be acting for their clients and raising capital at ridiculous prices?
