I have had the same experience with him and I was just asking a general question about who he was. The reason was because posters here put up emails from him and I had no idea who he was and what he did at the time.
Ian Howarth is very unprofessional, rude and leaves a very distinct impression of not caring anything about retail shareholders. I cannot comment on his attitude toward instos.
When told to complain about him, I was told to email FAR... the sad part is all the emails go through him. We have no access to FAR the company without the spin doctor being involved.
