Dont shoot the messenger but this announcement is a little fluff and wind to get it going but the majors have seen through the smoke.

This is why it is pulling back before it will reload and go again. Also please note that there is potentially another side to this being that the current trail was not a big enough sample size to get an accurate measure hence why they have had to increase the size.

Also remember that MOU's are worth very little in the real world, it is just that 2 companies are now having some open dialogue.

You may not like what I have said but my sentiments are confirmed by the current price action IMO.
