How can anyone predict the price. You have no idea how many shares will be on offer, how much cash we will have in the bank. All these things are critical to valuation of a SP. To suggest SP to come down to placement price indicates a huge lack of understanding.
Efficient market hypothesis, although only a hypothesis is a good place to start for anyone wanting to understand further.
