It should just be the printed version of what's already
able to be seen on the company announcements, and
at least they do warn that you may miss out on the
Pacific Mines spinoff if you accept.
And it can also be pointed out to all those claiming
the offer should be much higher, that Mr Market
didn't think so the day before PDN announced their
intentions, look at the jump in SMM since then.
.
That said, they aint gettin' mine!
It is a gamble, to not accept the offer, and become
part of a company already mining, and to also risk the
collapse of the SMM SP if the new mines ban is not
overturned, but I'll stick with Mr Eggers.
