CSV is one of the stocks that I cannot understand. It is making profits and has been paying dividends ( except this half yearly). Company bought back millions of shares paying above $1.20 only a few months ago. By the look of it, current share price seems too cheap. However, still millions of shares are being sold below 45 cents.
