On 24 Dec 2015 Geoff Babidge had 10m shares (5m fully paid, 5m partly paid) - see announcement from 24 Dec 2015 "Change of Director's Interest Notice - G Babidge".
So in ~14 months he has reduced his holding by 44% - from 10m to 5.6m shares. Not sure how you come up with 24 months?
The reason given is also a concern. GCAA Investments obviously see better investment opportunities elsewhere. Re-balancing portfolio is a cop out. The CEO has decided that his investment in the company he runs is better in another investment. Laura McBain and Rob Woolley used the same excuse last September. I'm not saying A2M and BAL are in the same boat, however, the reason given should be taken with a grain of salt.
