If the eoy agm goes pear shaped for the bod, then wouldn't be any surprise. There have been littanies of emails, correspondence amd queries to the bod over the past years, many criticising the comms to holders. Last year's backlash was the tipping point and signs of a boiling pot of disconnect finally bubbling to the surface. If the bod can't see any of this and makes no attempts to resolve the underlying issues in the next 6 months, then this indicates a real disconnect and no chance of those responsible changing. As posted before, certain members of tbe bod are effectively on notice, and would speculate as time accrues, more and more long term and larger holders are shifting to this view point.

And by the way, if Glynn is unhappy with his suitcase, more than happy to send an Aldi gift card for a replacement or even a second new one. Cheaper than 10m performance shares and should sort out his luggage issues for at least another year. See, shareholders are considerate and compassionate, and didn't require a request for assistance! Now back to discussing the bod.....
