Agreed, it would be really great to have an announcement now, but I think its understandable they are a bit gun shy and don't telegraph their shots publicly in light of past experience with green activists using dirty tricks until all the boxes are ticked. Better to act from a position of strength when the deals are done now they have legal sanction to do so. Of course the company has diversified its operations onto the mainland and OS and should be more resilient because of that in the future. Political climate has changed too and for the better. Hope to re-coup losses now having sold when the proverbial hit the fan.
