Hi Hotazel.

A shareholder needs to contact SDL and ask who these Executive Management persons are.
The SDL website is not up to date, still says 300 employees and contractors in Australia and West Africa. Employee share option plan comes up as, Files damaged- could not be repaired, the same with Performance Rights Plan and some other items.
Senior Management are shown as Giulio Casello, Carol Marinkovich = Company Secretary, Serge Asso'o CEO Cam Iron, Emmanuel Yoka Country Manager, Congo Iron SA and Bruno Pennetier Country Manager, Cam Iron SA.
As you can see David Porter is not on the list. Not sure why Porter is not listed, even as a part time Director or Management.
