I have had 3 calls and the Morgans email. The impression? I gained was that because of Bpay a lot of people are waiting till the last moment to see how the sp looks over the final days before taking the plunge. I can only presume because of the amount of phone calls that likely the SPP is currently struggling and perhaps below their current expectations IMO. I still think it will be oversubscribed over next 7 days.
