    Given the excellent news:

    (i) new CEO
    (ii) spinoff to realise shareholder value
    (iii) intended debt reduction

    it beggars belief that "Mr. Market" this morning should want to laugh at the initiatives the company has taken.

    Strong buy at these levels.
