I don't think he was referring to high frequency trading but the act of withdrawing once's order before getting hit by an already requested transaction. I still cannot believe it is possible unless you are getting the feed of transaction requests BEFORE it hits the ASX computers. And if that's the case then this is an extremely serious issue.
