Simon, were you thinking of takeover when you said, "...push the shareprice down for other reason"? If not, what were you thinking.

Of course, it could simply be that Butt didn't get on Board and wants out. The issue for him now is that he has so many shares to move out and the share price is at an all time low. So the strategy is incremental selling with limited parcels of shares so the SP does not plummet further; generating further losses for him. It doesn't also help that investors are frustrated with the low share price, cautious about the company status and future, and instos are not that interested in WLD at the moment.
