The stock was worth 0.115 before it went into a trading halt.....and you are now asking for 0.16??

A 39% premium....after four months of inactivity and with no inclinations whether the project will receive funding??!

I'd daresay that even the strongest believer in this stock wouldn't entertain your proposal, even as a fleeting thought.

My opinion....I think you'll be ok....although I would suggest that any deal struck will fall a little short of what shareholders would be hoping for, but nevertheless, would still be good enough to see some decent appreciation in the stock.
