    You don’t appear to understand the meaning of “front-run”. It means jumping the order queue going into the ASX computers. By sitting between the brokers’ computers and the ASX they are able to insert their own order ahead in the queue through the microsecond advantage available to them. That order can be either a placement or a withdrawal.
