happy to both have different opinions I was simply pointing out the fact that the tenements RIO owned (the EL), they now do not own as they had expired
so in making the statement "This isnt about "BIG" v's little...its about who owned the tenement" it is factually incorrect
they lost the EL pegged a ML then appealled to the minister on the basis of "public interest".....so you are of the opinion that Rio's private interest equates to the WA's "public interest"
