Maybe the Government could direct the money it invests in Australia Post in a string of Fish and Chip shops all over Australia, which I am sure would not, collectively, lose $195million, whilst providing a need to many people whilst boosting taxable income to a tax strapped Federal Government.

It could utilise Pauline Hanson as an expert adviser, as I am sure she would be more than willing to offer her expertise, with a smile of course.
