then add in the $425m USD Debt = $565m AUD and you get an EV for LYC of almost $1Billion

So right now if LYC has a valuation of $1.5Billion then with a $1Billion EV its only trading at a 33% discount

Meanwhile NTUs current EV is $85m so with a $138m valuation its currently trading at a 40% discount


Heres the important part though, NTU can wait for higher REE prices, LYC will go bankrupt if it doenst meet its debt obligations
