To the contrary, it is not stock manipulation but rather 'market facilitation'. Bots, in general, provide a degree of liquidity and market-making. Sophisticated investors have a field day with the lower end of the market capitalisation food chain when there isn't a cornerstone investor to protect their patch.
RYG did not have a cornerstone investor on its register prior to RTO which makes XPE perhaps one of the more interestingly traded positions at this end of the spectrum.
The bots seemed to have fallen off in trading volume sub 3 cents. A roadblock for us is still the 'dump truck traders'. T10 clarified his position on this earlier in the week that he happily buys on empties and sells headstrong into the news for a pip which has always remained my bias towards his commentary/TA analysis, among a few others on this thread.
