As with another tech stock I own...leading up to GM no info etc etc....got very nervous....then what....bad announcement. I think TZL are quietly looking after the big guys but smaller shareholders could be in for a shock. I've seen my investment shrink yet again...I expect they will do the consolidation, then offer 1 NASDAQ share for every two consolidated shares (approx $5 and equivalent to $.50-.55 a share) or offer a premium on moving average of price which will be low anyway. Either way we might get away with a $0.60c offer or thereabouts....if we are lucky
