'Last year's backlash was the tipping point and signs of a boiling pot of disconnect finally bubbling to the surface. If the bod can't see any of this and makes no attempts to resolve the underlying issues in the next 6 months, then this indicates a real disconnect and no chance of those responsible changing. As posted before, certain members of tbe bod are effectively on notice, and would speculate as time accrues, more and more long term and larger holders are shifting to this view point.'

Hi Baz, did we ever find out exactly what were those new inventions, patent applications, development of several new technologies and products; that could be commercialised and offer great promise?

Over 4 months later and I am still scratching my head at the vagueness provided to Shareholders as to exactly why this BOD thought they were worth another 10 million free shares?

Was it DCE? Advanced Packaging? Does anybody know? It still amazes me that any BOD would go to market with their hands out for a 'could' or 'promise' over 4 months ago, with their Shareholders still currently in the dark. Which company could commercialise it and what was the product? And why the silence? Is there any reason to leave the 4D/Half yearly to the last day required by ASX regulations?

Lack of information, communication and detail from this BOD leaves alot to be desired imo.
