funny!
Look - I just like to see things done properly. Options issued with no hurdles or vesting periods to managment and directors stinks to me (surely some of you agree with this...)
I also strongly resent Companies that whisper news indescretely. Firstly its not controlled information - so it could be wrong and misleading, and secondly it is not fair to the rest of the investors.
I'd welcome some constructive comments.
