I think if you buy at $1 you will be getting an .81 company even with the rights issue

If you bought them you would pay $2,120
the profit based on the target price of .75 would give you $880
14,000 shares at .75 = $10,500
add on the $880 profit
and you would have $11380
with 14,000 shares that would give you a grand total of
