    but it also says 23rd is the day illegible shareholders are able to start trading there rights...way befor 29th....bl cazy but I have found the part....23rd which would mean those who bought on the last day befor trading halt,probably gives them the 3 days to be registered. and anyone who buys on opening day,today wont be registered by the 23rd so miss out
