Historically speaking, almost all software providers suffer from this problem as part of their "sales push" into China. Just ask Microsoft or Adobe or Oracle et al in their early years in this market. And to start off in China you more often than not NEED industry related resellers to get you started.

Notwithstanding this, by Altium now starting to slowly ease back on the reseller base lead in place of there own dedicated team on the ground, should turn the situation around. Perhaps not materially before the next results are due, but over the next 12-18 months.

It's not a problem that can be fixed quickly, but it can and I believe it will be fixed in due course.
