mikkey- the second purchase was simply to equal Sempra Commodities holding in AGM; both now have 4.7%.

It was a move by Jinchuan to reduce the threat of Allegiance selling nickel on the open market through Sempra Coomodities, who obviously bought into AGM with buisness dealings in mind.

The Beards have been to the US to talk to Sempra very recently. As I have posted before an offtake agreement with Sempra for production above that sold to Jinchuan is no doubt being discussed.

All this is long term planning.
