So Companies must submit "Concept Papers" to the CBP by March 1oth, then they will narrow field by March 20th . Contract awards made by Mid April.
FFT's head office is in California, bordering Mexico. FFT has done work for these guys before and it will employ US workers obviously.
I spoke with CFO last week regarding this and his only comment was " Yes, we have contacts on the Mexican/American border"
Furthermore John Kelly Sec' for Home Security recently said "We are also looking at using sensory electronic surveillance"'
No doubt that FFT will be submitting a tender. Whether successful or not is the Billion Dollar question.
