In terms of the idea that the numbers were not shown because this is too much detail for a ASX announcement? Well why were the numbers for ACR all subjects stripped out of the slides in the presentation.



As you note Stanjupiter subjects can miss appointments for many reasons. Sometimes though those reasons are related to outcome.  Imagine a worse case scenario. The two subjects in the placebo group felt so good they went on holidays to Queensland. The five missing subjects in the treatment groups felt so poorly they couldn’t get out of bed.

For the ACR20 I get:
Placebo: 5+2 (on holidays in Qld) =7 out of 16 = 44%.
1mg/kg: 9 out of 16 = 56%
2mg/kg: 8 out of 16 = 50%

Assuming a worse case the “compelling” result comes down to a single subject. Should we assume a worse case? Well not only do MSB not provide any detail about the missing data they have tried to deflect attention away from it.

It will be interesting to see how this all ends up for MSB. And whether it attracts the interest of Alpha Exposure.
