woodchips, im curently reading a PDF by Bryn Harris, from the Quebec Metallurgical Consulatnst and Pursell and others about Chloride bleaching.
Jaguar Nickle seem to have been the pioneers there, but I need to read the whole PDF.

I have no bias either way but if Pursell doesn't want INL on board then they wont be, regardless, and he WILL find "alternatives" to the arrangement. He has already alluded to that.
