Just wondering can anyone confirm that although LCT are blinded to which patient received the actual treatment are they still given access to the periodic MRI scans of the patients. For example I would have thought now several months on there would have been scans of the phase 1/3 patients completed . LCT if they have seen them would surely at least know if the progress of patients was similar to the original trial results. Although I understand they would not be allowed to declare anything. I would have though they would have some incling of progress when they secured the recent additional $6M of funding . Or does blind mean they get zero exposure to patient status as well all the way to trial end . Regular scans of the 3 groups I would have also important in the decision making on the ultimate best dosage. Appreciate anyone's thoughts who understands this better.
