The ASX put out these 'please explain' notices, while the response from companies is always standard despite what they are up to, absolving ASX from further duty. It becomes ASICs problem and I expect there are just too many of them.
Both these companies sold prior to the meeting - that's insider trading, but hey, who noticed?
