No that can't march into a bank demanding they hurry up but they shouldn't put out timelines that are dependent on third party decisions.
I don't mind the delay...what I do mind is the reason for delay. Last time it was step 19...a security step. IAM had a few months to sort it and the potential client is still not satisfied. So where to now???
