Don't let yesterdays announcement put you off like it has some others. Avoid the sell-off.
It is actually positive IMO. JRV doesn't need to go in to partnership with anyone. It is not essential that they do to continue their operations. It was a proposal because others know how much money is in the ground, and they want 'in on the deal' too. Don't forget that.
