"very very clear"... as mud. It is "expected" that negotiations will be completed by 31 March. It was also "expected" that wave 2 would launch in the first half of 2017. We were also told that SK-II "planned" to rollout multiple products in early 2016!
I have "hope" that this will happen.. but no expectation.
