Only yesterday we were informed that "...specialised teams from both companies have been assembled to drive the project forward immediately upon completion of the present commercial negotiations" (expected to be by no later than 31 March 2017) and yet seemingly a few hours earlier Olay had announced the global launch of Olay Skin Advisor. I am confused .... right hand, left hand perhaps? Surely unlikely with P&G. What explanations are there?
