    More fluff and spin, "signed an agreement" - is that like all the other agreements they have done too? Whats it worth?? No figures attached either. Wouldn't touch this with a bar of soap. Most likely a liquidity event to let out the big boys who have been dumping the crap out of it. Good luck though!
