I agree that a small rise will occur over the next month. I doubt it will get to $32. I'd give it a price target of 30.50 by the end of april.
Let's see how we go...Looking good over the last few days I have to say - how much of that are people getting back into the stock post buyback, we'll see.
I recommend the buy.
