    We know a crapload of money has gone in wages, consultants, lawyers , moving , etc etc

    We know Waynes leaving settlement IMO will suck more.

    What we don't know is what value that all the expenditure has created.

    Their social media campaign IMO has been poor from the start and gained little momentum and never achieved the buzz required or the stickyness with kids site

    Movie scripts - no idea of exact stage but sucking $, timeline unknown. Result if executed well could be good but honestly they need a major to take control as I don't believe they have the skillset or efficiency to go it alone and have a hit.

    Books- look most books don't make money so this whole book thing needs a very careful looking at as part of the bigger promotional strategy to see if it really is a good publicity thing and a decision if you go to wide scale printing of do it digitally as a reward for those who participate in website and collect figurines etc etc.

    Partnerships like angry birds- nice to try but need to select right partners and ongoing product releases in middle of growth so investment in time and , wrappers etc etc pays for itself

    Partnership - wildlife- ???? month down the track and not mentioned anywhere - did they do this with no follow up strategy decided , no tweets , no facebook, no mailout to all members - whats the point unless you jump on the opportunities . YOW is burning time and money.

    Celebrity partnership - so far they have not hooked or done this and I in some ways are pretty happy as their previous execution IMO has been poor so in the future they need to do it and do it well.

    Legal cost - who only knows and still large risk as it is the wild west USA legal system and we have a large bond lodged.

    Up front honesty and communication with shareholders- well instos and others always seemed a step ahead in the small detail although not individually market sensitive when added as cumulative information there has been IMO a large difference in knowledge be it on timing of various thing to the product itself. This can't continue .

    YOW needs scale to justify current let alone future expenses and being USA based and with the remuneration they have locked in at IMO a high rate with IMO low performance levels and they bloody well need to IMO start getting a lot more value from existing and any new hires as currently their efforts are not dropping to the bottom line. They are treading water and bleeding time and $.

    All the dribble of building business, capacity etc etc are all crap and in hindsight IMO they haven't been able to execute the volume of sales . The breakdown of software on production and IMO evasive way that and the legal matter were treated in the recent phone in didn't give me confidence as well as the delay in any sales in other markets. They honestly have IMO had no manufacturing restriction for 12 months and have failed to get enough sold be that through existing outlets or through expansion into newer markets or more stores.

    Something doesn't add up and they have a very short time to turn it round as in hindsight the whole idea of a patent protected market of USA and first mover advantage has been a total furphy or they were unable to execute to their advantage. The high margin to initial retailers to gain store position has not been capitalised on with further promotions. especially when they have cash in the bank and production capacity. Where are all the competition and give aways?? Low cost high impact - you know - give em away in times square with a special insert in "big writing" telling company story and link to website and ability to buy them at walmart etc as their is the massive mix of tourists and locals at different times of day, promote them with the well to do middle class grandparents . Just simple stuff. Marketing 101. Come on marketing dept - tell us exactly what you have been doing and its sucess???

    just some thoughts and if current staff are not the right people to take this forward they need to be ditched - they may have history and choccy skills and old world sales and marketing but the world has moved on and YOW can't justify a large bloated cost base and traditional big company strategy when they are a small company and they need to be nimble and innovative and get a niche and leverage off it. The basics and simple things and getting product and marketing to right age groups IMO has been missing word of mouth has not been fast enough or viral enough to have a hit product and a cult following that all the numbers were based on.

    They kicked some goals but can no longer dine out on their introduction to USA when they simply have not got growth the shareholders expected.
