For reasons I cant even begin to fathom this late at night, the tax value excess will depend on today's LSE ! opening price according to the formula
AUD 26.37 * UKP11.00 (approx price today) / UKP9.855
Therefore, the deemed disposal price rates to be about double the $2.50.
