Trust me... I understand, I have staggered my blue chip div's out so I have income through out the year, for example NAB,WBC,ANZ all div July/Dec and CBA,AGL,APA are March/Sept (ish) - I don't own them all atm I might add.
But if you like charts and follow movement in sp, you can see a pattern, i should add it doesn't always fall more than div amount so it's interesting when it doesn't happen.
