AGS - infrastructure already in place and the fact their JV partner Heathgate's Beverley mine is only 8km away and already holding an export permit has an impact on the following:
1. No physical mine to construct
2. Cuts out a lot of the red-tape new Oz uranium mines will need to go through with the govt to begin producing and exporting

for me, 1st, 2nd and 3rd are as follows:
