Unlimited for a period of 5 years (about 3 1/2 yrs to go) to be extended if they get a plant constructed within WA, within that timeframe. LMax is still on the table for EMH if they choose.
Did you see those PFS numbers?? This could have EMH at a negative cost of high battery grade Carbonate or hydroxide production, with all credits applied!!
It is a robust and well tested process that has been in development for years. By a team that made significant and patented innovations within the Nickel industry. This rubbish with LIT should not taint the markets views on the potential of the LMax process.
