why don't you all get over it - it's a placement, no better time to do it - and it's common for a three day halt to let the market digest it..... unpalatable maybe, but WMT is gonna need lots of money one way or another......
I don't care about the placement price, I do care about the dilution - already at 503 million fully diluted, pity if over dilution kills this stock....
