With the current situation and back drop you might feel that way, but if this is worth taking over then take a step back and think about what that means about the content of the business and its trajectory. I guess as others have said it all depends upon what management and GR want/expect/are happy to wait for. I would hope for a lot more than $1/share T/O but I doubt I'll get to influence it. That said I can understand why many retailers are exhausted enough to take that, indeed the way this has traded and the way the forums have been trolled fits well with the nefarious trying to keep the brakes on and swooping in for an unfairly low price.
