It will need a capital raising to meet the demands of the Philippines - has $2.8m burning $1.5m (6m) before the expansion. Report states it need more $$ in the next 12 months to keep it going.
I foresee another large placement to give them working capital to expand. This could have a short term negative impact on the SP.
