After speaking with the chairman recently I have been trying to put a value on UNI.Hear are my thoughts .
If UNI gains TGA approval (they are very confident they will) they conservitively expect to sell 1-2 billion units per annum.
There production costs are 6-8c and sale price is approx 22c.I am estimating a profit of around 10c per unit.
Assuming 1.5 billion x 10c an annual profit $150 million.UNI currently has a market cap of a little under $300 million which would give it a PE of 2.
A growth stock like UNI could easily suuport a PE of 20 which would push the price to $30 +.
I know they will only have the capacity to produce 550 million in St Marys,so they are looking to outsource O/S.
I personally have avoided this stock until last week because of the blue sky already in the price but the potential of UNI is just too compelling for me.
From my research they are way ahead of their competitors ie OMI & EMS.
I would appreciate any views on UNI or my comments + or -,& wish any one good luck with this one.
Thanks GMc
