Ann: Update on Senior Financing Facility, page-4

You are right on this as well MS. From memory I asked about what the actual conditions were when that dreaded annual report came out last year and everyone panic sold when they read about 'going concern'. It just fell on deaf ears. What actually are the conditions that need to be satisfied? This should be public info as it is material to shareholder interests.
I can only say that the lenders seem to be doing whatever it takes to buy them time. If there actually was no hope then this ann would not have come out, it would be one about VA instead! Without doubt they have had a big meeting and worked out the rough costs of getting this fixed and are happy to delay debt payments......for the time being. It's proibably the ann we needed.
And yes, agreed there are typo's in this ann. Not professional.
