What I'm waiting to see is independent reviews. Nuheara should get these in the hands of big-name tech youtube channels if they really want to bump up awareness of their product.

Most potential buyers aren't subscribed to Nuheara's youtube channel. Instead it's mostly shareholders and current users.

There are tons of other wireless earbuds on the market which are already making it big in comparison videos, lists and independent reviews. If those who're in the market for wireless earbuds go and buy those other products before they even hear about Nuheara (OH that pun!), it's going to take a lot more convincing for them to forsake the $200 they already spent and fork out another $300 for IQ buds.
