INL don't want to takeover anyone. They don't want to own and run a mine, its not what they do and why would they want to. They have a big future just building on what they already do and will concentrate on that. It makes perfect sense that they are looking to take selective strategic positions in companies as they did with jrv so as to get a foot in the door.
